Managing Director
A lawyer and international marketing graduate from Scotland, Pravesh blends global thinking with deep local expertise. With 18+ years in real estate, he’s expanded Shakuntla Group into a full-spectrum consultancy—launching new ventures and driving the brand’s bold vision beyond.

Founder
From farmer to real estate visionary, Iqbal Singh brings hands-on experience and grit. Known for solving complex property challenges with clarity and conviction, he has built a thriving portfolio across Delhi—earning trust as a true expert in land, development, and long-term value creation.
OUR JOURNEY
1982- The Beginning
Iqbal Singh is from a humble farmer background. 1982, he begins working with a small real estate firm in Delhi, helping resolve property disputes for people around his village and the firm's clients.
1984 : Foundation
Founds Shakuntla Groups and makes his first investment in commercial property around north of Delhi. Mr Singh became a go - to person for any property issues or for buying or selling of estate around his home town in Delhi.
1990s: Expansion & Diversify
The Group begins investing in properties beyond home town in North Delhi, Opens its offices in west Delhi's growing Market and diversifies its portfolio to include residential and commercial spaces.
2000s: Growth & Development
The company constructs its own properties in west and Invests in the land in South Delhi Vasant Kunj area, further expanding its services to include rentals and commercial property management.
2008: New Leadership
Pravesh Singh, a lawyer and International Marketing postgraduate, joins the family business, bringing a fresh perspective and vision for growth.
2010s: Transformation
Under Pravesh's leadership, Shakuntla Group evolves into a comprehensive boutique real estate and consultancy firm, offering end-to-end services to clients. Starts developing Nangal Devat area of Vasant kunj by constructing Parks, residential building and offices, helping it elevate to now one of the posh locations in South Delhi and a hot Investment hub.
2015: Subsidiaries Launch
Sister companies were established to execute various real estate operations seamlessly, further expanding the group's offerings. Shakuntla Group looks to the future, with plans to expand its reach and services on a global scale, driven by Pravesh Singh's vision and experience.
Present Day: A Legacy of Excellence
With its corporate office in Delhi, a dedicated team of experts, and an extensive network of collaborative partners, Shakuntla Group continues to provide comprehensive real estate solutions in Delhi/NCR. In 2023 The group is expanding and diversifying its portfolio in the hospitality industry by the brand EKO resort and continues to stand as a testament to resilience, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.
